Warsaw School of Economics

The Warsaw School of Economics is an innovative economic university developing creative intellectual potential and shaping leaders in response to the challenges of the future. It is a globally significant centre of scientific research, new ideas and initiatives created by the academic community, graduates, as well as representatives of business, social organisations and public administration.

It was with the academic community in mind that we created MONOPOLY for SGH, reflecting the atmosphere of their alma mater. The board was designed in a hybrid way. On the property fields we placed both the university’s facilities – lecture halls, the dean’s office, the book lending library – and student organisations and programmes – ERASMUS+, the Alumni Club, the Song and Dance Ensemble. The combination of the university’s most important buildings and organisations has made it possible to reflect the true atmosphere of SGH!

The SGH marketing team has already introduced two versions of MONOPOLY into regular sales – in a square and rectangular box. The latest of the games has been developed in a Polish-English variant.

University of Science and Technology

AGH grows from its mining and metallurgical roots, over the years changing its face and becoming a university of modern technology. While developing innovative research in many fields, they do not forget the tradition that has shaped them.

The development of the AGH University of Science and Technology was honoured with a lavish 100th anniversary celebration. Part of the celebration was the creation of a unique edition of MONOPOLY. The board and box featured archive photographs depicting the most important moments of AGH. The graphic design was integrated into the visual identity of the round celebrations. The personalised game not only immortalised the moment of the 100th anniversary of the institution, but also became a unique gift for the employees and partners of the AGH University of Science and Technology.

University of Warmia and Mazury

The board game MONOPOLY edition of the University of Warmia and Mazury is more than just a walk around the campus! The university has not only highlighted modern buildings, science centres and laboratories on the board, but has also captured the atmosphere of a student town! In addition to the classic place boxes, there were interest clubs – sports, music and dance. The Olsztyn board could not miss a representation of its pride – lakes and parks. MONOPOLY promotes UWM as both a valuable scientific and cultural centre. The game has been used in promotional activities and marketed to students and academics.
