The Fryderyk Chopin Institute
MONOPOLY The Fryderyk Chopin Institute is a unique, bilingual edition of the game, created on the occasion of the Fryderyk Chopin International Piano Competition. The edition had its premiere and display during the event, to be later included in the Institute’s regular sales. The board featured places and objects connected with both Fryderyk Chopin himself and his works. The game was designed to explore the great composer’s traces.

The Chance and Community chest cards have been replaced by personalised Paris and Warsaw cards. The edition also featured metal collector tokens thematically relating to Chopin’s work.

Sydney Opera House
The white sails of the Opera House building are definitely a Sydney landmark! Although the city itself lived to see its own edition of MONOPOLY, this was no obstacle for the Sydney Opera House to create its own line of games. The games have complemented the range of gift shops where they are enduringly popular! The Winning Moves shelf opens with MONOPOLY. The game’s dark setting blends in with the cover photo – a nightscape with an opera house. The board itself is minimalist and the fields resemble the classic version of the game at first glance. However, we have personalised their names. Players can bid on the rooms of the opera house – from the dressing rooms to the individual scenes.

The individual objects belonging to the opera complex are also illustrated by another personalised game – TOP TRUMPS. On 30 cards, each object is briefly described and rated in the following categories: size, capacity, TOP TRUMPS ranking and inspiration. The game is small and enclosed in a handy case that will fit perfectly even in a small handbag. The Sydney Opera House shop has also made room for the personalised, classic playing cards of Waddingtons no. 1. All products were placed in dedicated product displays and were supported by additional promotional material.

The Louvre
Mr MONOPOLY was not to be missed at France’s most famous museum – the Louvre! The bilingual limited edition of the game was created with tourists and local art lovers in mind. The game board features boxes with the most valuable exhibits, as well as the museum’s galleries. The board features the museum building in the background, while the box depicts a collage of masterpieces housed in the Louvre.

In the same graphic design, we have prepared the TOP TRUMPS card game in a small, robust case. The cards depict 30 exhibits with a short note and a ranking including the categories: date of creation, height, world fame, technology and TOP TRUMPS points. The products stocked the gift shop in both the higher and lower price ranges.
